Clinic Description: Using Black American pedagogy and identifying its traces from West African rhythm, participants will see the connection between World Drumming, Jazz and Modern Band (Rock/Hip Hop) and leave with an increased understanding of how to teach steady beat and connect with their students innate sense of rhythm.
