Research Description: Taken from the recordings, Stan Getz and the Oscar Peterson Trio (1957), Stan Getz and Bill Evans (1964), and Captain Marvel (1972), the presentation will contain transcription analyses of Getz’s solos on “I Want to be Happy,” “Night and Day,” and “500 Miles High.”
