Clinic Description: This session will examine invisible barriers to participation in jazz programs and discuss relevant research into the factors that contribute to this discrepancy. Session will continue with suggestions to mitigate these factors including curriculum and scheduling, rehearsal techniques, and social/developmental suggestions. Session ends with group discussion.
